## What it is

OrigenAI is not a traditional chatbot. Every customer message is classified and routed to the most authoritative source of truth: static business configuration (hours, address, house rules), an ingested knowledge base (approved documents only), or live API integrations (real-time availability, bookings, orders). Answers are grounded exclusively in the business's verified content — the assistant says "I don't know" rather than inventing answers.

A business does not need its own website. Every plan includes a public page: a one-page site on a unique OrigenAI URL with the business name, services, photos, a contact form, and the AI front desk already on the page. That link is meant for Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and anywhere else a URL is shared. Instagram sellers (salons, trainers, makers, and similar) can paste it in the bio so visitors see prices and get answers instead of sending the same DMs. If the business already has a website, the same assistant is added with one script tag.
