What counts as an "interaction"?
One interaction is a single message exchange: a customer asks, the AI answers. Failed messages and system updates never count against your quota.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing is 10× the monthly price — effectively two months free. You choose monthly or yearly when you subscribe in the app.
Will it work on my website?
Yes. OrigenAI is one script tag and works on WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, and fully custom sites. If it renders HTML, it can host OrigenAI.
Can OrigenAI actually do things, or just talk?
Both. Out of the box it answers from your knowledge and captures leads. On Enterprise, it connects to your live systems to check availability, take bookings, and look up orders in real time.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your knowledge base is yours. It grounds your assistant's answers and is never used to train models or shared with anyone else.
